RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged Goods: Golfcartseats.com must be notified within seven (7) business days of delivery of any goods received in damaged condition through request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form by emailing sales@golfcartseats.com. Damaged goods must be returned to Golfcartseats.com within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Goods Received in Error: Golfcartseats.com must be notified within seven (7) business days of any goods shipped in error through request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form by emailing sales@golfcartseats.com. Such goods must be returned uninstalled, in new condition, and in the original packaging. In the event exchanging for goods received in error, we will expedite process for your replacement goods and will ship at no cost to you. Any goods received in error must be returned to Golfcartseats.com within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Other Returns: A request to return new, undamaged goods must be made to Golfcartseats.com within thirty (30) days of delivery through request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form by emailing sales@golfcartseats.com. The goods must be returned in uninstalled, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Return requests received more than thirty (30) days after delivery will not be accepted.

The costs of return shipments and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you on all returned goods other than when: (i) the wrong goods are shipped to you by Golfcartseats.com, (ii) goods are received in damaged condition, or (iii) the goods are subject to a warranty claim.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (“RMA#”) that is provided to you by email along with a return shipment label after a completed Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form has been received by Golfcartseats.com. Upon receipt of a completed Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Form, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to you. Return requests without RMA # will not be processed. All return authorizations are subject to review and approval by Golfcartseats.com. We cannot accept goods shipped via freight collect or COD.

After all conditions of our return policy are met, a credit will be issued to the method of payment used during the purchase of the goods, less shipping costs, if the return is not a result of a shipping error or goods received in damaged condition.  Please allow up to seven (7) business days from date received for the processing of your return request. 

It is the intent of GolfCartSeats.com to serve our customers to the best of our ability and be as fair as possible in this regard.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Any warranties on the product sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.

FREIGHT POLICY

All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground or an alternate truck line. For your convenience, a signature authorization on our delivery is not required. Therefore, you will not need to be home to accept delivery.

Orders to be Shipped Outside the Continental U.S.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, other International Orders – We welcome your orders, however, we are unable to offer our standard shipping rates to your location. Please email us at sales@golfcartseats.com for a shipping quote. We will calculate shipping charges along with any duties and taxes for your country.
