Our policy allows for you to return or exchange your order up to 30 days after the original ship date. To return or exchange merchandise, please contact us via email - returns@golfcartseats.com - listing the reason for return and action to be taken (whether exchange or refund). Our associates will issue a shipping label via email listing the Return Authorization Number that should be clearly marked on the shipping carton. A refund of your purchase price or exchange of merchandise will be made upon receipt.

The returned item must be in saleable condition (new condition as you received it), and returned in the original carton/packaging. Please note that items showing wear or damage cannot be accepted for return. We cannot accept goods shipped via freight collect or COD. Returns must be shipped prepaid.

After 30 days there will be an additional 20% restocking fee.

Note: Please use caution when opening your packaging. We cannot be responsible for vinyl damage caused by cutting boxes and slicing vinyl during unpacking.

We will accept returns of any manufacturing defects within the manufacturer’s warranty period. (To expedite your claim, please photograph the defective product and forward to our Customer Service at returns@GolfCartSeats.com or call us toll free at 1-855-SEAT NOW (732-8669).) GolfCartSeats.com will assist with these warranty claims as well as any non-warranty repair work. Our Quality Assurance Department and/or the manufacturer’s Quality Control Department will review to confirm the defect. Upon approval, an exchange or refund will be issued through the product’s manufacturer.

Note: Some manufacturers require that the dealer or the consumer contact them directly for warranty issues. In this scenario, when you contact us for a Return Authorization, we will advise you to contact the manufacturer of your product.

Any warranties on the product sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer.
